Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what happens with your data when you use CityInDays. We keep this deliberately simple because the site itself is currently simple: there's no visitor account system and no newsletter collecting emails yet.

What we collect

Browsing the public site does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

The newsletter sign-up shown on the homepage is a preview only — it does not collect or transmit your email address. See the newsletter note on the homepage for details.

CityInDays has a small internal admin tool used only by the people who write and maintain the guides. Signing in there uses Supabase authentication, which sets a session cookie so the admin stays signed in — this applies only to admin accounts, not to visitors of the public site.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Vercel and its content is served from Supabase. Both providers process standard technical request data (such as IP address and request timing) to operate their infrastructure and keep it secure — we don't access this for tracking purposes.
